Donald Leroy Jensen appeals from his convictions for laundering money derived from the illegal distribution of drugs in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(l)(B)(i) (1994); laundering money represented by a law enforcement officer to be proceeds of the illegal distribution of drugs in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(3)(B) and (C) (1994); and willfully faihng to file a report of cash payments over $10,000 received in a trade or business as required by 26 U.S.C. § 60501 (1988) 1 in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 7203 (Supp. II 1990).
