In this medical-malpractice case, the key issue is whether the plaintiff presented competent substantial evidence that the defendant proximately caused the death of Leo Aragon. We conclude that the plaintiff presented evidence that could support a jury finding that the defendant more likely than not caused the death of Aragon.
