¶1 Following administrative proceedings and the ensuing Human Rights Commission (HRC) decision stemming from a claim by Roberta Drew that Yellowstone County and two county commissioners, James Reno and Dwight Vigness, had discriminated against her in a hiring decision, Drew appealed certain aspects of the decision of the HRC to the First Judicial District Court for Lewis and Clark County in Helena, Montana.
