Plaintiffs are the owners of premises 500 and 502 West Diamond Street, Philadelphia. Defendant Kane is the purchaser at sheriff sale on an unpaid tax lien of premises 504 West Diamond Street; the Sweeneys were predecessors in title to Kane.
