James Mason Lawrence was indicted on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of psilocyn, ingestion of cocaine, and ingestion of marijuana. Lawrence filed a motion to suppress, arguing that the search of his home violated his constitutional rights. At the hearing on the motion to suppress, the trial court denied Lawrence’s motion.
