BLUMENFELD, Senior District Judge.

This is a suit commenced by Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Wells Fargo”) to recover $25,000 from the Hartford National Bank and Trust Company (“HNBT”). Wells Fargo is seeking to reverse the credit it gave to HNBT in the course of handling a check which it had received for collection on which it was later unable to collect. HNBT, in turn, seeks indemnification from the depositary bank, Lincoln First Bank-Central, National Association (“Lincoln”). Each of the parties have filed for summary judgment on the…
