Plaintiff, Kevin J. Sullivan, appeals from an order of the circuit court of Du Page County dismissing with prejudice his complaint for declaratory judgment against defendant, the Board of Fire and Police Commissioners of the Village of Lisle, Illinois (board), who discharged him from his position as a probationary police officer in the Village of Lisle.
