1. It is urged by counsel for appellant that the appeal should be dismissed for the reasons (1) that the account presented to the county board was not returned to the circuit court on appeal; and (2) that, even if the account presented had been lost or destroyed, it was not a sufficient statement of account under sec. 677, Stats. (1898). On the appeal in the circuit court a motion was made to dismiss the apjjeal for want of jurisdiction.
