One Louie Lee died December n, 1928, and left surviving him his widow, Julia Lee, and daughters, Elsie and Minnie. Mr. Lee at the time of his death owned five shares of stock in the First National Bank in Alexandria. The Lee estate was probated in the county court of Hanson county, S. D. Notice to creditors was published as required by law and the procedure was in all things in accordance with the statutes.
