The Board of Review affirmed the denial of unemployment insurance benefits to the appellant, Kenneth Ferren, on the basis that he left his last work voluntarily and without good cause connected with the work. The Board also affirmed a decision not to reopen the scheduled hearing, upon appellant’s failure to show good cause for not appearing at the hearing. Appellant brings this appeal challenging the Board’s decisions. We must reverse and remand the Board’s decision on the merits, because it did not set forth the findings of fact upon which it relied in reaching…
