State v. Burkemper

AHRENS, Judge.

Defendants, Orville Burkemper, Bonnie Chapman, John Bequette, Laura Dunn, Diane Stone, Ann O’Brien, Richard Chrismer, Vincent Arentsen, Edwin Arentsen, and Carol Armstrong, appeal their convictions in a consolidated court-tried ease finding each of them guilty of trespass in the first degree, a class B misdemeanor, in violation of § 569.-140 RSMo 1986 1 . Without considering defendants’ motions for new trial, the trial court sentenced defendants to pay a $500 fine and to serve 90 days imprisonment.
