12Pefendant, Arthur Leon Leblanc, Jr., was charged by bill of information with pornography involving juveniles, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.1(A)(3) (prior to 2010 amendments). He pled not guilty and filed a motion to suppress. The trial court1 denied the motion to suppress, and defendant withdrew his earlier plea and entered a new plea of guilty as charged, reserving his right to appeal the denial of his motion to suppress under State v.
