The petitioner, EurEnergy Resources Corporation, appeals from the May 19, 2009, and July 28, 2009, orders of the Circuit Court of Wood County, which found that the petitioner and the respondent, S & A Property Research, LLC, had reached a settlement regarding unpaid invoices for services. The petitioner seeks a reversal of the orders granting judgment in the respondent’s favor. After review of the parties’ briefs and arguments before this Court, a thorough review of the record and the applicable law, we find that there was no settlement between the parties.
