Corria v. Fink Brothers

This is a petition under the Workmen’s Compensation Act. The petitioners are the mother and minor brother and sister of Guilherme J. Corría, deceased. The petition represents that the deceased was a workman employed by the respondents and that he received personal injuries which resulted in his death by an accident arising out of and in the course of such employment.
