This is an appeal on questions of law from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cuyahoga County, in an action pending therein wherein the appellant. James R. Reilly was plaintiff, and the appellees, Samuel H. Squire, Superintendent of Banks of Ohio, in charge of the liquidation of The Guardian Trust Company of Cleveland, Ohio, The Guardian Trust Company, a corporation, George Q. Keeley, and The Euclid-Y Corporation were defendants, sustaining motions made by the several defendants to arrest the testimony from the jury and for judgment for defendants upon the •…
