OPINION AND ORDER
CEREZO, District Judge.
This is a diversity action for breach of a distributorship agreement under the Puerto Rico Dealers’ Act, P.R.Laws Ann., Tit. 10 Secs. 278 et seq. (Law No. 75) and for damages arising from slander of business reputation under Article 1802 of the Puerto Rico Civil Code, P.R.Laws Ann., Tit. 31 Sec. 5141, and the libel and slander provision of P.R.Laws Ann., Tit. 32 Secs. 3141-3149.
