This action is before the court on the following motions: 1) plaintiffs’ motion to dismiss defendant’s counterclaim; 2) defendant’s motion to dismiss; 3) defendant’s motion for protective order; 4) defendant’s *192motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ response; 5) plaintiffs’ motion for judicial conference; 6) plaintiffs’ motion for continuance; 7) plaintiffs’ motion to amend complaint; 8) defendant’s motion to amend counterclaim.
