Joshua Jarrod Walker appeals from his convictions and sentences for the crimes of felony murder while in the commission of attempted armed robbery, armed robbery, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, all in connection with the slaying of Michael Algreen and the armed robbery of Julie Looper. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
Construed to support the verdicts, the evidence showed that Walker was selling illegal drugs from a location across the street from the apartment complex where Algreen and Looper lived. Algreen and Looper sought to…
