This case comes before this court on an appeal from the judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Lucas County, Domestic Relations Division, which court granted plaintiff-appellee, Doris Jean Sanzenbacher, a divorce from defendant-appellant, George Carl Sanzen-bacher.
