This is a suit to contest the will of James Reilly, dated October 20, 1897. Tbe testator was a man of about sixty years of age. He was a widower, with no children and no direct descendants. His heirs at law are the plaintiffs, who are daughters of his deceased brother, and the defendant Catherine Rowdern, and the defendant William Reilly, a nephew of the half blood. The deceased was sick with consumption or some like affliction and was confined to his bed from August 8, 1897, until his death on the twenty-third of August, 1897.
