On March 8, 1985, the United States filed complaints in forfeiture against moneys located in various bank accounts, alleging that the moneys are subject to forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 881.1 The Govern*363ment then obtained warrants for arrest of the defendants-in-rem.
