This is a putative class action lawsuit brought under the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”) diversity provision, 28 U.S.C. § 1332(d)(2)(A), for breach of an insurance contract. 1 Plaintiff Manuel Grife, individually, and on behalf of all similarly situated policyholders of Allstate Floridian Insurance (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action against Defendant Allstate Floridian Insurance Company (“Allstate”).
