The Johnstown Police and Widows’ Pension Fund Association (Association)1 appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County which ordered the Association to accept the purchase of military service credits for *561retirement purposes from Stephen R. Pohlit (Pohlit), Joseph Rusin (Rusin) and John E. Swarney (Swarney).
