Appellant Kingsaire, Inc. d/b/a Kings Aire, Inc. (hereinafter “Kings Aire”) appeals an adverse jury verdict and judgment in favor of its former employee, Jorge Melendez (hereinafter “Appellee” or “Melendez”) in a worker’s compensation retaliation and breach of contract suit.
