This bill in equity prayed that a certain mortgage, judgment and deed be declared null and void for the reason that they were executed for the purpose of hindering, delaying and defrauding the plaintiff, a creditor of Theresa H. Grelle.

Theresa H. Grelle and her father, Wolfgang Rank, one of the defendants, owned separate properties on 18th Street Extension in the South Side, Pittsburgh. Rank held a $1,900 mortgage against his daughter. In 1922, when there remained due $1,700 on this mortgage, the daughter sold her property and the mortgage was satisfied, but the money…
