This is an appeal from an order or award made by the commissioner of industries. The claimant on June 28, 1932, suffered an injury by accident arising out of and in the course of bis employment by the defendant, E. N. Bock & Sons Company, which caused temporary total disability for more than seven days, the exact duration of which has not as yet been determined, and also, it appears, caused the permanent loss of eighty per cent, of the vision of one eye.
