A jury found defendant (appellant) guilty of robbery in the first degree as charged in an indictment which, omitting the formal parts, charged the following:
"Terry Wayne McLester, whose name is to the Grand Jury otherwise unknown, did in the course of committing a theft of Fifty-five dollars in the lawful currency of the United States of America, the exact denominations of which and a better description of which, are to the Grand Jury otherwise unknown, of the value of, to-wit: $55.00, the property of Sunshine, Jr. Food Stores, Inc., a corporation, used force against the person of Ruth Lewis,…
