ORIGINAL DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING

COVINGTON, Judge.

This is an original disciplinary proceeding instituted by the Bar Committee of the 24th Judicial Circuit pursuant to Rule 5 against respondent, Norman Strieker. The information charged Mr. Strieker with violation of several provisions of Rules 1, 3, 4 and 8 of Rule 4, Rules of Professional Conduct. The Court appointed as Master to hear the proceeding the Honorable Lewis M. Blanton, Associate Judge of the 33rd Judicial Circuit.
