In these consolidated appeals, Chrysler Financial Corporation, successor by merger to Chrysler Credit Corporation (“Chrysler”), appeals from three orders of Bankruptcy Judge Judith H. Wizmur of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, In re Ethel Maddox, Bankruptcy No. 95-16118, In re Alice M. Ellis, Bankruptcy No. 95-16387, and In re Andrea Barrett, Bankruptcy No. 95-16834.
