Plaintiff Theodoras Zorbas filed the above-captioned action against Defendants United States Trust Company, N.A. and Bank of America, N.A., in New York Supreme Court, Nassau County, alleging negligence, negligent misrepresentation, negligent supervision, breach of fiduciary-duty, breach of express and implied contract, and breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
