Appellee brought suit in attachment and garnishment. The Indiana State Bank answered *326as garnishee that it had in its custody the sum of $329.40 belonging to appellant Commercial Bank of Cincinnati, Ohio. William TI. Campbell, trustee, and the Union Savings Bank and Trust Company of Cincinnati, Ohio, assignee and trustee of said Commercial Bank, asked leave to be made parties defendant and to answer the complaint, which was granted.
