Valentine Jurado appeals a summary judgment denying his race and national origin discrimination claims under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 (section 1981) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e to e-17, and his claims for breach of a collective bargaining agreement under section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (LMRA § 301), 29 U.S.C. § 185.
