Sellers v. Board of Review

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County.

The record shows that appellant, Joyce E. Sellers, appealed to the Board of Review of the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for reconsideration of the decision of the Administrator of the Bureau of Employment Services that appellant was discharged from her work for “just cause” pursuant to R.C. 4141.29(D)(2)(a), thereby denying her unemployment benefit rights.
