This is an appeal from a judgment of the county court for the sale of the lands of appellants for non-payment of a delinquent drainage tax.

The drainage district known as Vermilion Special Drainage District was organized under the Farm Drainage act. The district had been organized and the ditches (according to the original plans) constructed before the tax in controversy here was levied.
