FARRINGTON, J. —

The plaintiff recovered a judgment against defendant for $3500 on account of damages occasioned by a alleged breach of contract to marry her. No point is made on the petition.

The defendant for answer filed a general denial, coupled with the following special plea which he calls ‘ ‘ Accord and Satisfaction: ” ‘£ Further answering the said petition, defendant says that on September &, 1913, long after the happening of the transactions referred to in plaintiff’s petition, all demands, claims and differences then existing between the plaintiff and the defendant were compromised…
