Before the court is plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgment.
Defendant, Priscilla Caliendo executed a promissory note in favor of Maine National Bank, plaintiff FDIC’s predecessor-in-interest, in exchange for a loan of $35,000.00. The loan was secured by the properly executed transfer and pledge of 1,890 shares of Fleet/Norstar common stock. The promissory note is a demand note.
