The record contains 429 pages of testimony and numerous exhibits. This mass of evidence has received careful consideration by this court, but we find no occasion for setting forth an extended review of all of it. The able judge of the circuit court who tried this case in that court, announced his conclusions in a very carefully prepared opinion which analyzes with painstaking detail this mass of evidence and clearly points out the manner in which he arrived at his conclusion that David Lee, one of the two executors, acquired an interest in that portion of the estate.’s…
