DECKER, Judge.

Shawanda S. Thorne appeals her conviction for obstruction of justice without force, in violation of Code § 18.2-460(A). She alleges that the evidence was insufficient to support her conviction because her refusal to sufficiently roll down the window of her vehicle as instructed by the police officer in order for him to test the tint did not constitute obstruction of justice.
