The appellant, Love Petroleum Company, filed a bill in the chancery court of Rankin county alleging that it was the owner and in possession of eighty acres of land in said county, describing it, the title of which was deraigned from the Gulf States Creosoting Company as a common source of title of all the parties; that on March 12, 1929, the Gulf States Creosoting Company executed to John H.
