—Judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County (James Leif, J., at trial and sentencing), rendered October 29, 1992, which convicted defendant, after jury trial, of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentenced him to an indeterminate term of imprisonment of from 6 to 18 years, unanimously reversed, and the indictment dismissed.
