Hines v. Thermal-Gard of Ohio, Inc.

This matter came before the court for consideration of plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment. For the purposes of this motion, the court makes the following findings of fact:(1) On August 29, 1985, a salesman acting on behalf of defendant Thermal-Gard of Ohio, Inc.
