Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County (Rosenwasser, J.), rendered August 17, 2004, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
*632Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The defendant’s contention that his plea of guilty was not knowing, voluntary, and intelligent is unpreserved for appellate review because he did not move to withdraw the plea or to vacate the conviction (see People v Bevins, 27 AD3d 572 [2006]).
