TORRUELLA, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Yury Yatskin, a Russian citizen, appeals a final order of deportation issued by the Board of Immigration Appeals (“BIA”). Affirming the oral decision of the immigration judge, the BIA held in a per curiam order that Yatskin had failed to show that he had suffered persecution on account of his anti-Communist beliefs or that he would face mistreatment due to such beliefs if he were to return to Russia. We affirm.
