Appeal from dismissal of action for enforcement of mechanic’s lien. The lien statement and petition for enforcement were filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jackson County at Independence, and sought to impress and enforce a lien upon land located in Kaw Township of Jackson County. Respondents moved to dismiss the petition for failure to comply with Section 478.483, V.A.
