Ramsey Agan and Rauf Sarper appeal from their convictions of bribery of public officials in violation of OCGA § 16-10-2 (a) (1).

1. We first address appellants’ enumeration on the general grounds.(a) As to appellant Agan, the evidence adduced at trial disclosed that Agan, the Honorary Turkish Consul in Atlanta, owned a five acre parcel of land in DeKalb County on which he operated several small businesses.
