OPINION AND ORDER
JOHN J. THOMAS, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on an Application of Kenneth J. Wilson, (hereinafter “Wilson”), requesting an extension of time to file a Complaint to Determine Dis-chargeability. For the reasons provided herein, the Motion is denied.
On or about March 24, 1987, Wilson obtained a judgment in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York against the Debtor in the approximate amount of Forty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Thirteen and 40/100 Dollars ($47,413.40).
