MEMORANDUM OPINION

{¶ 1} On April 15, 2008, appellant, Rick Llerena, D.O., filed a notice of appeal with this court from an April 4, 2008 judgment entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas. In that entry, the trial court denied appellant's motion for stay.

{¶ 2} On June 17, 2008, this court issued a judgment entry ordering appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of a final appealable order since the appealed judgment merely denied appellant's motion to stay.
