*583Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Robert M. Stolz, J., at hearing; Daniel McCullough, J., at jury trial and sentencing), rendered June 20, 2011, convicting defendant of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and sentencing him to a term of one year, unanimously affirmed.
