The appellant, the Trustees of Schools of Township 17, north, range 9, east of the third principal meridian, in Champaign county, filed its declaration in assumpsit in the circuit court of that county against the appellee, the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, alleging that on October 11, 1915, the defendant made its policy of insurance insuring J. F.
