Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Martin, J.), rendered January 16, 1986, convicting him of grand larceny in the second degree (five counts), after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
A review of the record discloses that the elements of each count of grand larceny in the second degree were proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
